Choosing a new dentist can bring up a lot of questions, and we want getting started to feel simple. After you book your first appointment, you’ll receive a link to our online forms, so you can share your medical history, dental concerns, and goals from home, on your own time. When you arrive, our team already knows a bit about you, so we can welcome you, introduce you to our doctors, and focus on what matters most to you.

During your first visit, we take time to understand your oral health and answer your questions. Your visit includes digital x-rays and CariVu cavity detection, an oral cancer screening, a jaw joint (TMJ) and airway evaluation, a gum health assessment, and a comprehensive exam with guidance tailored to you. Please bring a valid photo ID, your dental insurance card if you have one, a list of any medications you take, and any recent dental records or x-rays.
