Meet the Team at Santa Rosa Dental

Dulce brings more than 10 years of dental experience in both the front and back office. She is X-ray licensed and certified in Infection Control and Laws and Ethics. Raising two children taught her patience, organization, and genuine care. Outside the office, Dulce enjoys hiking, cheering at her kids’ sports events, and time with her cat, Milo.

Kaci grew up by the ocean in Fort Bragg, California, and earned her associate’s degree from Santa Rosa Junior College. She focuses on beautiful smiles and values the link between oral health and overall health. A member of the California Dental Hygienists’ Association, Kaci enjoys hiking, snowboarding, traveling, and time with her dog, Arlo, and cat, Oliver.

Kiersten graduated from the Santa Rosa Junior College Dental Hygiene program and is growing her career alongside Drs. Michael and Lara Rice. She treats every patient with kindness and respect, without judgment, and loves helping them understand their oral health. A Sonoma County resident for nearly 20 years, she enjoys volunteering, family soccer games, arts, and history.

Monica graduated from Santa Rosa Junior College in 2021 and brings a genuine passion for health care to every appointment. She is Salvadoran and bilingual in English and Spanish, which helps Spanish-speaking patients feel at ease with our team. Outside the office, Monica loves traveling with her husband, Gustavo, playing drums and bass, and staying active through regular workouts.

Aalyna joined our team in August 2024 and quickly became a valued member of our clinical staff. She loves supporting patients through every step of treatment and seeing their reactions to a healthier, brighter smile. Known for her friendly and welcoming nature, Aalyna spends her free time hiking local trails with her French bulldog, Rocco.

As a dental assistant, Viviana is passionate about helping patients gain confidence through their smiles. She loves her work and the supportive team around her, and that positive energy shows at every visit. Outside the office, Viviana enjoys spending time with her daughter and son, trying new foods, and finding fun ways to balance work and family life.

Mandy joined our team in August 2025 as our Sterilization Technician. She carefully maintains our instruments and sterilization processes to keep every visit safe and clean, and she also assists chairside when needed. Outside the office, Mandy loves fishing, hiking, and spending quiet time outdoors, where she enjoys the peace and beauty of nature.

As a Treatment Coordinator, Elizabeth enjoys getting to know patients and helping them reach their smile goals. She works to make each step of treatment feel easier, more comfortable, and less overwhelming. Outside the office, Elizabeth is a proud boy mom and animal lover who spends time outdoors with family and pets and loves baking.

Nelly joined our team in 2026 and focuses on helping patients feel comfortable, valued, and cared for at every visit. Her favorite part of the role is seeing the confidence patients gain when they reach the smile they have always wanted. Outside work, Nelly enjoys time with family and friends, shopping, music, and exploring new places.

Teryl began her career as a dental assistant with experience in orthodontics and general dentistry, and she holds a certificate in Oral Facial Pain and TMD (jaw joint disorders). She later moved into office management and now specializes in dental insurance administration. Teryl enjoys sharing her knowledge and helping teammates build strong administrative skills.

Bianca is a Patient Advocate for our Smile Rejuvenation Implant Center and is often the first person new implant patients speak with. She listens closely, answers questions, and helps patients schedule their consultations with confidence. Based in South Africa, Bianca works remotely with our team and is proud to connect patients with the care they need.
