Registered Dental Hygienist
My name is Kaci and I was born and raised by the ocean in beautiful Fort Bragg, California. I moved to Sonoma County after graduating high school to pursue the dental field that I had taken interest to when I was very young. I graduated from Santa Rosa Junior College with an associate’s degree in Dental Hygiene in 2016. I have devoted my time to creating beautiful smiles and building strong relationships with my patients.
I consider the mouth to be incredibly important in systemic function and overall well-being. I am a member of the California Dental Hygienists’ association.
When I am not at the office I enjoy hiking, snowboarding and traveling with my boyfriend Brad. I also love cuddling up to my kitty, Oliver.
KATHERINE

My name is Katherine. I am a Santa Rosa native. I love the dental field and feel so lucky to get to work with so many different patients and educate them about their oral health. My favorite part of work each day is interacting with patients.
If I’m not at work, you can usually find me on the sidelines of whatever sport is in season. My husband and I have four kids and love to attend their sporting events. I also love a good book, a cold Diet Coke and peanut butter M&Ms.

Front Desk and Dental Assistant
My name is Monica and I am a Dental Assistant. I finished the Dental Assistant program at Santa Rosa Junior College in 2021. I always love everything that has to do with the health field and I love working for Dr. Michael Rice’s office, all my colleagues are super friendly.
Something about me is that I am Salvadoran and I speak Spanish. My husband’s name is Gustavo, we love to travel together. I love helping people. One of my biggest hobbies is playing drums and bass and working out.
GINGER
Dental Assistant
Hi, I’m Ginger. I have been assisting Dr. Rice since May of 2021. Our staff here are very welcoming and treat’s every patient like family. I know how nerve racking it can be in the dental chair, but I love making sure patient’s feel comfortable throughout their visit.
When I’m not at work, I’m most likely with my dog Mr or hanging out with my friends and family.
ASHLEY
Treatment Coordinator
My name is Ashley, I was born and raised in the small town of Sonoma. I graduated from Empire College in Santa Rosa with my AA Degree in Business and Finance in 2020. Right after graduating from Empire, I transferred to University of Phoenix to do their online courses to receive my BA Degree in Business.
I am new to the dental industry but I am glad to be a part of it. I enjoy dedicating my time to help patients with every step of their dental visit. From helping make patients feel comfortable, to scheduling their appointments, to any other questions that may come my way.
I love spending my free time camping, fishing, hiking, horseback riding and paddle boarding with friends, family and boyfriend Jesse. My favorite colors are pink and teal and I am always in the mood to eat a good burger!
