Dr. Michael Rice
Dr. Michael Rice brings more than a decade of experience to Santa Rosa Dental. A graduate of the University of the Pacific, Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry, he has advanced training in implantology, digital dentistry, and laser technology. Patients know him for meticulous attention to detail, a passion for prevention, and the time he takes to listen and explain clearly.

Dr. Lara Rice
Born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and raised in California, Dr. Lara Rice brings a warm, attentive approach to patient care. She earned a B.S. in Neurobiology, Physiology & Behavior from UC Davis before completing her DDS at the University of the Pacific, Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry.
Dr. Rice has completed advanced training in cosmetic and full-mouth reconstruction dentistry, as well as implantology. She’s also an expert in CEREC and digital dentistry, combining artistry with cutting-edge technology to deliver precise, beautiful results.

Dr. Christian Shaifer
Dr. Christian Shaifer grew up in Ventura, California, and joins Santa Rosa Dental as a recent graduate of the University of the Pacific, Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry. His goal as a clinician is to become a well-rounded “super GP,” and throughout his career he looks forward to expanding his skills across every area of dentistry. He’s excited to get started at Santa Rosa Dental and get to know the community.
